DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT PROTOCOL
BMP.C utilizes rapid domestic fulfillment nodes to ensure research materials are dispatched efficiently. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days, followed by priority transit routing.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once a package is handed over to the courier (e.g., USPS, UPS), BMP.C is no longer liable for delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit. We securely package all vials to withstand standard shipping conditions.
STRICT RETURN POLICY
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the impossibility of verifying storage conditions once a product has left our facility, BMP.C enforces a strict NO RETURN policy.
We cannot legally accept returned research materials and re-introduce them into our supply chain. All sales are final. If an error is explicitly confirmed to be on the part of BMP.C operations (e.g., incorrect item dispatched), we will issue a direct replacement upon formal verification.
